Atkins Induction Day 14
Hubby let me sleep in this morning, bless him! I got on the scale this morning.....just a peek. lol couldn't help it. I am down from my last weigh in, so I'm excited to get on tomorrow for my official sunday weigh in. Maybe those cheddar bay biscuits didn't hurt me too bad.
We have a lot of errands to run today, but I plan on bringing water and Atkins friendly snacks with me so I don't run into a temptation I can't overcome. My jeans have been fitting a little bit better this week, so I'm hoping that some inches are coming off as well as more lbs.

UPDATE: I ended up making another PB&J low carb pancake for breakfast. My daughter ate half of it so I made another one and ate that as well. While out running errands I ate a chocolate peanut butter Atkins bar and when I got home I ate some more chinese chicken salad. I need to pound down the water today. So far I've only had 4 glasses.

Thank you! I talked to Mia just the other day. She's trying to remember to get in her exercise and is maintaining well. =)
