R4 VLCD 7

Down .6 lbs today.  Not great, but not too shabby either.  Any loss is still a loss.  Can't wait to get into new weight loss territory.

    That is almost 3 sticks of butter lady! Don't forget that! : ) You are right, as long as the scale keeps going downward we are doing alright!
